Omelette Stuffed Paratha

Omelette stuffed paratha
INREDIENTS:
  • Egg-2
  • Flour-100 gm
  • Ginger-chopped
  • Lemon juice-2 tablespoons
  • Green chilies-a little,chopped
  • White oil-as much required to fry
  • Sugar-a little
  • Salt-according to taste

PROCEDURE:

Step 1:
Break the eggs  in a small bowl.
Mix with it turmeric,salt,few chopped chilies,lemon juice and chopped ginger.
Beat the mixture well.
Make an omelette with the mixture.
Divide the omelette into equal parts.

Step 2:
Take the flour and mix with it a pinch of salt,little white oil ,little sugar and water and make it into a dough.
Take little portions of the dough and roll it out thin on all sides evenly.
Put the omelette on the half portion of this flattened dough and cover it up with the other half.Fold together the open sides so that it doesn't open up on frying.

Step 3:
Now fry this in white oil till golden brown and crisp.

Serve it hot with tomato sauce.

Coconut Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:
coconut biscuits

  • Sooji-100 gm
  • Maida/Flour-25 gm
  • Grated coconuts-one cup
  • Sugar-one cup
  • Sunflower oil/any white oil-as required


PROCEDURE:

Step 1
In a bowl take Sooji,grated coconut,sugar in equal quantities and some flour as a binding agent;add a little sunflower oil and mix it properly.

Step 2
Take  little amounts of mixture and mold them into any desired shape.Coat the shapes in sooji on the whole surface and fry them in sunflower/any white oil till they are golden brown.

Your coconut biscuits are ready to serve.You can even store them for a few days in an air-tight container.

Easy to make Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:

Chicken is ready and served
  • Chicken-500 gm
  • Onion Paste-3 medium onions
  • Garlic paste-1 tablespoon
  • Ginger Paste- 1 tablespoon
  • Sour yogurt-3 tablespoon
  • Raisin paste-7-8
  • Cardamom crushed
  • Cinnamon-a few
  • Onion medium sized -Julienne
  • Green Chilies-2-3,cut longitudinally
  • Potato-3-4 medium,cut into 4 pieces
  • Mustard oil
  • Sugar-1/2 teaspoon
  • Saltas per taste


PROCEDURE:

Step 1

In a microwave bowl, take the julienne cut onions,1-2 crushed cardamoms,cinnamon and a little oil and microwave them in high power for 2 mins. Keep it aside.

Step 2

Clean the chicken properly. take all the ingredients (Onion paste,Garlic paste,Ginger paste,sour yogurt,raisin paste,crushed cardamom and cinnamon,green chilies,oil,sugar and salt) and mix it with the chicken. Keep it aside for some time to marinate.

Step 3

Put some oil in a microwave bowl and fry the potatoes in high power for 4 mins and stir it  at an interval of 2 mins.

Step 4

Take the marinated chicken in a  microwaveable bowl and High Power it(don't forget to check it at an interval of 5 min) till the water dries up.While the chicken is cooking, pour oil over it so that it gets cooked well.

Step 5

When the chicken has been cooed,take it out add a little hot water and the fried potatoes and again High Power it for approx 8 mins.

Step 6

Finally,add the julienne cut fried onions and High Power the chicken for 1 more min.

Your chicken is ready to serve.

Radish special/Mooli ki sabzi

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED:


  • Radish-2 Medium sized
  • Grated coconut-1/2 cup
  • Cumin/Jeera-both whole seeds and powered
  • Green chilies-1 ,chopped(don't make the dish too hot,it loses its taste)
  • Water




PROCEDURE:

Step 1

Cut the radish as shown in the picture. 







Step 2
Boil it and drain the remaining water.Mash the boiled radish.

Step 3
In a microwave bowl/kadai take 1-2 tablespoons of mustard oil,add the cumin seeds and saute it.Add the mashed radish along with turmeric power,salt(according to taste),grated coconut,chopped green chilies and a little bit of water and mix them.

Step 4
Microwave it in high power/Cook it(in kadai) till the mixture turns dry.In between pause and stir the mixture.
After the process is complete add a little cumin powder and little sugar to bring a certain sweet taste.
Serve hot with roti,paratha or rice.
